In putting this version of Junior Team Canada together the CBHA expanded its scouting to include the Western Challenge Cup, Ontario and Newfoundland Provincials and the Junior and Senior Nationals. The team is made up of players representing five provinces, British Columbia (2), Alberta (3), New Brunswick (1), Newfoundland (5) and thirteen from Ontario listed below.

Goalies: Jarret Tanner (Frankford) Defence: Chris Cerqueira (Toronto), Aaron Blonde (Chatham), Thomas Kokejl (Cookstown) Forwards: Gian Luca Caputi (Maple), Frankie Giustini (Maple), Jeff Broekema (Belleville), Kyle Hawkins Schulz (West Lake), Tyler McFadden (Chatham), Adam Bevilaqua (Brampton), Kelly Loughran Andrew Loverock(Penetanguishene) and Chris Lima (Toronto).

Joining the boys from Ontario named to the staff are, Mauro Cugini, General Manager (Maple), Jason Su, Team Doctor (Scarborough), Marta Dos Santos, Registered Massage Therapist (Toronto), Harvey Boutilier, Equipment Manager/Trainer (Brampton)
