Andrew Shaw who recently signed a contract with the Chicago Blackhawks was arguably the most offensively gifted scorer in the Ontario Ball Hockey Association Minors history and one of the most decorated minor athletes ever.
The Ontario Ball Hockey (OBHA) is selecting eight teams at various camps in May 2012 to compete in the 2012 Ontario Summer Games. The competition will take place in Toronto, Ontario from August 16-19, 2012.

Twenty-two players have been selected to each team and into these players hands will fall the responsibility of recapturing the World Championship.

In 2001, 10 years ago this weekend the Beeton AA Tyke team captured the Provincial Championship in Tomken Twin Pads and just this past weekend the nucleus of that team competed at the Junior AA event again in Mississauga and at the same facility and guess what? they captured the championship title 3-1.
