Hey there all of you ball hockey playing beauties!  Lace up your shoes, tape up your stick and get ready for… ROAD HOCKEY TO CONQUER CANCER (RHCC)!  The Princess Margaret has embraced one of Canada’s most cherished cultural sports in this brand new fundraising mega-event, happening down at Ontario Place. This Dawn-to-Dusk road hockey marathon will feature an unprecedented number of spirited road hockey games, as well as musical acts, celebrity appearances, interactive activities, food and beverages, and so much more!  Think of it as the Woodstock of Road Hockey!

The Ontario Ball Hockey Association (OBHA) has been a great supporter of ROAD HOCKEY TO CONQUER CANCER, lending us their expertise in training and game preparation as well as helping generate awareness of the event – Score!  Now, our team at ROAD HOCKEY TO CONQUER CANCER would like to put the challenge out to all the players and teams in the OBHA, to register for this uniquely Canadian cancer fundraiser, benefiting The Princess Margaret – one of the Top 5 cancer research centres in the world.  With an estimated 173,800 new cases of cancer and 76,200 deaths occurring in Canada alone in 2010 (www.cancer.ca), the money you raise will make a big difference in the lives of so many.  RHCC is a great way to play the sport you love in support of an incredibly worthwhile cause!
