The RINGS were unveiled on Saturday, November 3 at the Ontario Ball Hockey Association Awards Dinner and Banquet, Celebration of Excellence.

Members of both teams and staff were in attendance receiving their rings during the evenings proceedings.

Destiny didn’t decide if this could win.... THEY DID!

The tournament and championship will be frozen in time, but the memories and friendships this group has made will last a lifetime.

THE TEAM LEFT NO DOUBT…..THIS WAS THEIR TIME!!!

The cost of each ring was not divulged, but the effort that went into designing and creating them suggests that its exorbitant value could probably eclipse any before it.

The Championship with a ring has a few touches that have never before been seen on a ball hockey championship ring. The uniqueness of it has to do with the following:

1) JTC Leaf over a silhouette of the actual CHAMPIONSHIP CUP
2) 22 mini zirc stones (one for each player)
3) 22 mini zirc stones (one for each family around the leaf)
4) 8 large stones down each side (represent the 8 staff members and their families)
5) 3 mini zirc stones at the bottom of the CHAMPIONSHIP CUP for the three-peat
6) the GM
7) WORLD (along the top of the ring bezel)
8) CHAMPIONS (along the bottom of the ring bezel)
9) The host city and division is cut into the ring
10) The LAST NAMES appear above the player and # and position will be placed below the player (each # and position will be cut into the ring)

In addition to the ceremony, the OBHA recognized all of their award winners which can be found by clicking here
