The ball rolled from Ottawa to Windsor and back all summer as we had exciting games throughout our province.  From the Qualifiers {Canada Cup, Eastern Regional, Men’s B, C & D} through to the Minor Provincials  {Tyke, Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Junior and Girls U12, U14, U16 & U18} and hosting the Canada Cup of Ball Hockey {Nationals, Eastern Men’s B & C and Women’s Eastern B & C } in July, the senior {Men’s B, C, D, E, Masters Open and Women’s A, B, C & Master’s } Provincials throughout the month of August.  The game and our events keeps growing thanks to our membership.  Yes, we offer more, but when you’re having this good of a time at a ball hockey event, we say keep the ball rolling!

On the National stage, we will be preparing to host the Men’s and Women’s Team Canada camps and all the information will be posted on the National Ball Hockey Association of Canada web site at www.nationalballhockeyassociation.com as over 40 of the top players will be vying for a spot to wear the Red & White.

On the International scene, CANADA and specifically, Toronto will host the 2013 World Ball Hockey Federation in which there will be eight ‘A’ and sixteen ‘B’ teams competing in the men’s draw and eight teams competing in the women’s division.  The OBHA as part of the week-long event will be hosting the Master’s Gold Cup (Men’s O40 & Women’s O35) as well as hosting some youth exhibition games to promote the sport.  For more information leading up to the World Championships visit www.worldballhockey.com.
